Change is So Much Easier with Friends!
On this New Year's Eve, we hope you're doing something that helps you reset for 2026, and that celebrates whatever went well for you in 2025—even if "I learned some hard lessons" is all you can think of. Actually, that's a more valuable thing to celebrate than "I got in lots of time on the slopes," right? Unless the slopes are where you fell down and learned those hard lessons.
For us, this past year has been about stepping out of our comfort zone to learn and do new things. Not hard, but not always easy, and often unclear. But really, in the big picture, we've been blessed, and are excited about the future. Besides, we've learned, over the years, that together we can do ANYTHING.
Never thought we'd be teaching Mechanics Camp... the mechanics of language, that is.
And by together, we don't just mean the two of us. We mean together with you, our kind, loyal customers, too. (Actually, we call you "our teachers" because the word customers sounds so cold and mercenary, and besides, you not only teach kids, you teach US too!) Despite being at least as busy as we are, you've showed us grace without fail. We have never once, in 15 years, had an unpleasant exchange with anyone. You've come through for us, over and over, with nothing but courteous requests and encouraging boosts.
So here at the end of our 15th year in business, we want to thank you for sticking with us through our changes, for helping us get better, for buying our stuff, for spreading the LitWits love, for your warm reviews, for all the encouraging emails and fun photos and social media shares. For being so gracious when something didn't work the way it should, and being patient while we set things right. For never being anything but kind. For helping us up after stumbles, and for softening hard lessons.
You're beautiful role models for your children and students and the world at large. May your influence be widely felt in 2026, and all the goodness come back to you in happy, healthy, heartwarming ways.
With love,
Becky and Jenny
